What is Life Coaching?

Contrary to popular belief, life coaching isn't about the coach giving advice. It's more like a cosy haven where clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery, feeling held, supported and deeply seen. Through thoughtfully crafted questions from the coach, clients explore their inner landscapes, nurturing profound insights, personal growth, and meaningful transformation.

My Approach to Coaching

My role is to listen intently to your concerns and ask key questions guiding you to unlock your OWN truth, wisdom and pathways to reach fulfilment. I believe everyone is the expert in their own lives and once given the space to release external noise and listen to their inner world, the answers can and often will appear.

My ethos and strategy is derived from my training in The Being Way method – a blend of coaching, counselling, psychotherapy and mindfulness. My passion for health and wellbeing coupled with my empathy, intuition and genuine care for people is what drives me to support others.

How we can help your personal wellbeing:

1:1 Life Coaching Sessions

During your coaching session you can expect a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. As a coach, I am here to listen, ask meaningful questions and support you to see new perspectives that will help you get from where you are, to where you would like to be.

    • Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via Zoom. You are welcome to bring a topic you’d like to discuss, or we can simply explore what's on your mind – and anything else that comes up for you during the session.

    • The price per session is $150

Being lucky enough to know Brie personally before starting 1:1 coaching sessions with her, I already knew I was coming into a safe place. I wasn't too sure what to expect from the sessions or feel like I had a 'valid' reason to start in the first place. But, my curiosity kicked in and to be honest, it was one of the best decisions I have made. Brie makes you feel extremely comfortable and allows you to speak in a very safe place.

You don't have to feel like something is 'wrong' or an 'issue' in order to start. Her coaching style doesn't answer questions for you, but rather allows you to bring them to the surface, acknowledge and feel them. Investing and becoming more aware of yourself is one of the most powerful things you can do. I have and will continue to take a lot away from her coaching as I find myself thinking of perspectives that I didn't before which wouldn't have been possible without her guidance. I couldn't recommend her enough.
